Rightsizing

 "Downsizing" is the old term for moving to a smaller space. Today, our industry has started using the more positive term of "rightsizing" to describe moving to a space that requires less work and allows our clients to focus on life rather than home maintenance. 

Rightsizing to a smaller residence requires consideration of every item before packing. We help our clients identify the things they love and want to see every day. These are the things to bring. We also work with our clients to determine the best way of letting go of all the things in their lives that no longer serve them. We have relationships with auction houses, liquidators, estate sale managers, consignment stores, and charities, which allow us to find the best home for the items our clients no longer want or need.
