Moving to a Senior Community

“Lately, I’ve found it hard  to do basic tasks around my home, like climbing stairs and bending down to pick things up. I’m divorced so there’s nobody around to help me. I’m hesitant to move to a senior community because I’ve lived in my house for 40 years. My kids live in three different states and have their own lives. I’d hate to ask them to help me move, but I feel there’s no other option. Who will help me move if my kids can't?”
