This is a situation where you cannot use a “one size fits All” approach. We understand that each client is different and has different things to liquidate, as well as different financial expectations from their estate liquidation. As such, each client and situation will be considered carefully and individually.
Online Auction
Even before COVID-19, we were seeing a migration to online auctions versus in-person estate sales. The current pandemic is probably the biggest reason is that we are changing how we feel about having people walking through our homes. Now, you can even find realtors selling homes virtually!

With an online auction, our customers will have minimal people in the home sorting and organizing items, grouping them into lots, and then taking photos and writing descriptions to post on the auction site. The lots and descriptions can be used as an inventory as well. The auction then goes live for 7-10 days. At the designated pickup time, we have devised a COVID-19 pick-up protocol to minimize exposure to our auction customers and our staff.
