Clearing out an estate is usually an emotional process for the client. We have a deep understanding that for the client, this can be one of the most challenging moments of their life. We have a team of organizers who work with a client to identify what items they want to keep, move or have shipped to family or friends. We then prepare the items left in a home for auction, estate sales, liquidation, donation and disposal. We not only work with our clients, but also with their fiduciaries, wealth managers, realtors, stagers. Our job is to reduce stress for everyone involved in emptying the estate.
